It can be overwhelming and intimating to start a strength training program, especially on your own. The Stronger program gives you weekly strength training workouts and shows you how to do each exercise. You simple show up.

I created the Stronger Program to remove the barriers that are stopping you. Each workout can be performed between 30-45 minutes, for $20 a month, with minimal equipment

Stronger Movement is created from my passion to help women reach their health and fitness goals by incorporating strength training into their life.

This affordable, easy-to-follow strength training program is unique in that it offers you a consistent structure for each workout but adds different exercises each week to keep you engaged.
