The app makes it simple for you to access your workouts, along with providing exercise video demos, instructions, and other helpful information.

Monthly Membership

You receive 5 new strength training workouts each week for less than $1 a day. Dr. Holly Richard, a physical therapist, creates every workout to help you reach your goals.

Workout Structure

You get both consistency and variety in your workouts! You follow a consistent workout structure every workout that mixes in different exercises to keep you engaged.

Minimal Equipment

Workout anywhere, at anytime! With a busy life, the workouts focus on quality exercises with minimal equipment. You will need dumbbells, resistance bands, and a bench.

Customize Workouts

You can make each workout fit with your goals and lifestyle. You have options with how to customize your workouts by selecting what blocks to complete for each workout.

My journey to creating the Stronger Movement Method, an online strength training program for women, has been the result of helping women in the health and fitness industry over the past 20 years.

With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, I have the education, experience, and my own personal insight to  help you.

The Stronger Movement Method is an affordable strength training program that offers a consistent structure for every workout while including different exercises to keep you engaged.
