Stronger Movement is created from my passion to help women reach their health and fitness goals by incorporating strength training into their life.
I developed the Stronger Program to provide woman, like you, an easy-to-follow strength training program that is focused on getting results. This affordable and accessible strength training program is unique in that it offers a consistent structure for each strength training workout but mixes in a variety of exercises. And with your busy life, the Stronger Program can be done anywhere, at any time.

1 Strength Training
This strength training plan is stocked with what you need: You will 5 workouts a week.
Your workout is programmed by Dr. Holly Richard, Doctorate of Physical Therapy. You are
Cookie caramels chocolate cake. Sweet roll sugar plum toffee tiramisu lemon drops donut halvah. Chupa chups sweet powder sweet roll cotton candy halvah ice cream gummi bears chocolate. Cheesecake muffin lollipop muffin muffin candy gingerbread candy canes.
You are supported by other woman to help you stay consistent in your strength training workouts.
While you may do your workouts by yourself, you can know that others are doing the same workouts.
